Ron Hanagriff
Ron was raised in Louisiana and received his B.A. degree
in advertising design from Louisiana Tech in 1968. Ron worked
for Olin Corporation as a designer in its paper products division,
sales promotions/marketing. After Olin Corporation, he worked
in advertising for 10 years and was in partnership with the
Rub Group, an advertising company in Baton Rouge. While there,
Ron handled such accounts as Community Coffee, City National
Bank and Baton Rouge Convention and Visitors Bureau. He also
was selected Best of Show Art Director in the 1979 AD Awards
and taught design at Louisiana State University. In Houston,
Ron has worked for Gluth/Weaver Design on accounts for Cooper
Industries, Remco, BFI and Marline. He was an art director
at Baxter+Korge handling Don R. Mullins and Exxon Company,
U.S.A.
